(8) Deja Vu - Something for Kate.
Hadn't heard that song for years. ^_^

I have made Tutorials, but I do not plan on making any more, and I don't currently take requests.
Thankyou for all the support. c:

This video (speech fighting for gay marriage) made me happy and sad.
Happy in that everything said is so flipping true, sad in that people still have to strugge to achieve this equality. :c

I think this pie chart sums up the topic quite nicely, if you can't be bothered listening to the speech. 8D

And there was something in the papers today, the Swiss banning Muslim architecture because Muslims might take over Switzerland or something... >_<

Certain people's/groups' narrow-mindedness just plain baffles me sometimes.
But if you ever questioned their narrow-mindedness, they wouldn't understand at all.
They wouldn't try to understand.
And that's where so many problems begin.

Annnyway. Won't rant about it now. c:

Exams are over and went well. ^_^
(Got 99% in musicianship, there was just one B that was meant to be a C. e__o XD)
Now I've just gotta make it through carols rehearsals :sing:, and then I'm technically free.
Though I've still got a whole semester's worth of maths to catch up on, as well as revision work for the new year 12 maths.
And a tonne of reading/finding books to do for English studies.
And I've still gotta learn how to drive.
And I'm going to Sydney.
And I've got a tonne of drawings I want to do.
As well as all the outings we've promised ourselves we'd have.
And all the things I need to do with Carly...
And the list of movies I want to see with Luke/with the group/just generally see is now at 24.

8D And this is how I will be spending my holidays, eheh.

I miss that feeling, when you finish school and it's just so nice knowing you've got literally no other commitments or projects you need to worry about. You can literally just do bugger all.
XD But I don't think I'll get to experience that feeling for a long while.

Enjoy the holidays, meine kleine schnitzels. c:
MEIN ESEL IST TOT.
Und ich esse kleine kinder.
... Kekse bitte.
Man I miss German nonsense. XD Luftkissenfahrzeug.

.... Going now, for real. <_<

She's just a little girl.

She knows nothing of this little game we like to play.
Gahhh Envy on the Coast addiction. 8D <3

This is an actual case of the truth.
At least, that's what they call it these days.

Just another pointless journal to say;
- Holy crap it's only one month 'til Christmas. O_O Where has this year gone?

- Exams are nearly over! (: Just got bio and chem and music performance and musicianship to go.
... So I'm about halfway through, actually.
And then carols rehearsals, ye-aahh. Sucks to be a music student. XDD

- Sydney-ing it up in the holidays, January. And Luke is going to let me borrow his gameboy (POKEMON FTW) and I am going to take photos. 8D  Might be the last holiday we go on as a family, cuz Isaac's already almost 18... Which is a sad thought, but.

- Jacaranda trees are the name of the beautiful blue-purple trees. I really wanna see one of the fully grown ones, now... ^_^ I've had that kind of blue-purple flowers growing outside my window for my entire life, too. That colour is special.

- Ehhmm what else...
I guess, this has been the first year for five years that hasn't been so negative. c: And it's stayed like that all year and I've finally found my place in the world and... yay in general. 8D

Hope other people are coping alright with exams and whatever's going on and such, as always.

To Write Love On Her Arms.

Who wrote love on their arms today? ^_^

For anyone who hasn't heard of this phrase, to write love on her arms (TWLOHA) is a non-profit organization and movement that gives hope and help for those with depression, addictions, eating disorders, those who self inflict, or are considering suicide... and many related issues.

November 13th is the international day when those who know about and support this cause write 'love' on their arm, and whenever they are questioned as to why love is written there, they can spread the word of TWLOHA.

Please visit this link to find out more about it. Its vision and the story that started it all are really wonderful, and the site gives links to places where you or your friends can find help if you need it.

I didn't think many people at our school would know about it, but I counted at least 20 people with love on their arms, boys and girls, and even a teacher. And there would have been even more than that. :aww: It really made me smile.

Uhh whut else.

I should probably take advantage of the fact I can use a pretty journal skin right now, but I reeeeally cbf. XD
And I'm sorry if I don't always get time to comment/reply, school's insane, exams coming up, yaddayadda, usual excuses. D8

I'm most probably going to have to host a male Japanese student for 10 days in March, which should be interesting. XD I hope he likes playing wii.

And there is some awesome music I want to spread around. :3

If anyone likes Edward Scissorhands/the music from it, there's an super turbo awesome remix of 'the Ice Dance' here. c: Dunno what genre you'd call it, probably electronica. Keeps the beauty of the original song but makes it fun.

Also;
Envy on the Coast, that's probably a more famous band... (Thanks Teegz for introducing me :D )
There are two songs from their most recent album... "Sugar Skulls" begins with the word "Isabella" and "Mirrors" begins with "Dear Miss White". My name is Isabella White. And I live on the coast. And I have an issue with envy on the odd occasion.
And I love their music, those two songs in particular! 8D ("Lapse" is also a beautiful song <3)
C: Creepy, ne?

Anyway. Should probably get to those assignments and exam revision.
Hope my fellow Adelaide bubs aren't dying in this heat wave,
hope everyone else is generally going well.

Sorry for not commenting on things very well lately, school's kinda insane, finishing all the summatives before we begin exam revision. And then that'll be insane too. o__o;; And then I've already got a million things lined up to do in the holidays already, too. Gah. XD

Saw 6 was a bit better than the past two Saws, makes a little more sense now. c: Still want to know where Doctor Lawrence has gone, though...
I don't like it when Saw makes people part of other people's challenges. Cuz Saw's all about the 'will to survive', and that's great, but... :/ When whether you live or die is in someone else's hands, you can't do anything about it. That will to survive is pretty much meaningless. You can't learn from it. Kinda goes against what he's encouraging? I dunno.

But eh.

This summer, there's so many things I want to do. ^_^ Autumn is my favourite season <3, but there's something about Summer...
Even just the smell of the airconditioner when we turn it on for the first time in a year, how the blinds are pulled down on the front verandah. All the colours are brighter. Reminds me of good times.
I wanna go outside and draw on the ground in chalk and blow bubbles and (as Nathan said 8D) go run around the beach eating rainbow paddle pops.
And get Luke to stop being such a landlubber and get into a pool, haha.
And MANGOES AND NECTARINES come into season in Summer. <3 <3 <3 I would live on those fruits if I could. And mushrooms. :3

Last Summer, we made an epic sandcastle with Ash, it had massive stones as its base, hidden under sand and decorated with seashells, so if some obnoxious little kid tried to jump on it, they'd break their foot. ;P I want to make more awesome sandcastles, too.

And collect more seashells.
And go out on the jetty and night and stare out to the endless abyss that is the dark ocean. (I highly reccomend it, it's a beautiful sight, especially when some of the light from the sun remains on one side of the sky.)

And so many other things. XD

Hopefully I'll get to take lots of photos. ^__^ Twilight and reflections <3

Anyway. :)
Hope everyone else is coping okay with exams and school...

Good morning all (:
~manga-princess-izumi Made a deviation linking to two games, Colour My Heart, and then Colour My World. They've got the most beautiful concept, ideas, setting, quotes, thoughts, and music... Even though it's just a little flash game. They really made my day. Just thought I'd spread on the awesomeness. ^__^

No mountain nor sea, no thing of this world could keep us apart. Because this is not my world... you are.

Sometimes, the world is pretty beautiful, huh. c: It's the little things...

Today was the year 12's last day properly attending school... Meaning we've got exactly one year left. This will be the last time we'll ever experience these days... Last time we'll experience term 1-4. And then everything's going to change from what we've known for the past 13 years. Can't help but be scared at that thought. :/

What else... Oh, seeing Saw VI for Halloween with Luke on Saturday, I can't wait. :aww: Bubble tea and sushi and exploration and and 8D

I reckon, the first Saw is the most brilliant in terms of plot line, and Saw II and III are also clever, but after that, it begins to revolve more around the gore than the plotline.
But gore's still good. :3

And the jigsaw piece always reminds me of Banjo Kazooie, if anyone's ever played that. XD Nintendo64 literally made my childhood. FTW.

Have an awesome Halloween, people. :D
